The Company WILL SEEK to identify and develop
additional strategic partners to engage in domestic manufacturing efforts.

To me that's the new strategy.

Domestic manufacturing for WHOM.

IF domestic business opportunity exist, they would not shut down Lake Forest........UNLESS the business opportunity is too big for Lake Forest (factory foot print).

IMHO, LF shut down probably means end of medical business.
