If efficacy is better than just a little bit, do you think there is a possibility of some sort of move by the FDA to get this treatment to those in need (and not in the current trials)?

Efficacy doesn't have to be dramatically better or even better than historical controls. It's sufficient to have reduced AEs and equivalent efficacy--which, given that the AEs of pancreatic cancer therapy are absolutely awful, would be a major achievement.
