TRXC - strange delay reaction to financing news. I received email an hour ago. Stock didn't react. It does now with SEC filing. +30%. Strike that, now +40%.

Same Chinese company that bought experimental robot months ago will now pay some upfront for Israeli IP (purchased as part of MST acquisition) and buy shares at $2 by end of September. Total $47M by closing.
