It sounds to me like we're splitting hairs over an approximate 30 day time frame as to when the warning took effect. In one scenario we have approximately 60 more days and the other...well you do the math.

My opinion is that if the company has received such a 'warning' that would constitute 'material news' and we as shareholders should be notified. The question is who is responsible for such notification?

Regardless, I am confident this will go above that $0.01 in the next few weeks as the advertisements are now on some big trading platforms. It's a great value at the current price based on revenues alone imho.
