Herbie -- I'm pretty sure NCE protection is just like the 5th belt in AMRN's belt and suspenders patent protection web.

There are dozens of patents, and most of them extend to 2030. If things really did depend on NCE (which I believe expires in 2021), the projected cash flow here wouldn't support a valuation of $10, let alone $20 and up.
