They had around 20 people in their trial lol. If this co was really a threat to AMRN, wouldn't you think a Big Pharma would have come calling and partnered with them already if not bought them out really cheap. Truth is they are nowhere close to having their drug approved any time soon. FDA will definitely make them do an outcome trial especially with the small trial they had.

This is also why Matinas Biopharma is a real threat to Amarin—if AMRN makes it far enough that it will mater.
