Has to be the biggest whiner on the OTC. Nothing the co did caused this? Like any fool was going to lend LIBE 12 million without a hair of DD on this guy? And the so called plan to put Guardlites around it? Not only did they not work they're ugly as hell. Looks to me like a smaller amt of DD was done on EcoCab...that deal was over what a couple weeks after completion. The first 3500 to 1 RS...no cant blame Winters for that. He plays the victim more than any CEO I've seen.
