Just what are you talking about? There must be numerous, basic, fundamental changes/improvements regarding BIEL's present overall business concern state, before it's PPS can trend upward significantly, IMO. Ok, I get it, as I just declared on my end, of course, you have the right to posit your opinion. But what evidence/data/facts upon which you base your pie-in-the-sky pronouncements? Just Asking!!
