I've had an account at Oppenheimer for 30 years, or so. I called my broker yesterday, gave him the link to the announcement and indicated I'd be interested in buying some of the bonds. Of course, I'll need to know the terms before placing my order...

I'll let you know what he finds out. He thought he might get the info later today.
