I thought that is why he released it, if supplements don't work, better on Steve's end to call it a supplement not a drug. The 20% thing well that is another problem for him but trying to knock AMRN off its mantle is his obvious goal. But he has to chose some stance and getting it called a supplement helps him and hurts AMRN in the end. Hopefully JL is giving FDA plenty of ammunition to go after Steve and his pseudo nighttime crew and put an end to them.
