"Brian The Conman" should have been jailed long time ago if SEC&FBI did their job, for Securities Fraud with all those fake LOIs and for pumping (then deleted) facebook and twitter posts

SEC subpoena would expose it all
And one thing for sure though, if he goes to jail he is not going alone, he is taking the promoter down with him , subpoena of the bank accounts, emails, phone records etc. would expose the entire fraud and the player(s)
