Not sure where the confusion is..

It was not a "post" it was a COMPLAINT filed to the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU)

Pretty sure I made that clear when I said

Complaint.. NOT POST...

That along with several other complaints that were NOT ANSWERED by MYDX/CDx/YAZIE/DOORMATT...

THUS the F rating.


No doubt this person just wanted to complain for the hell of it...

... just like the other person filed a small claim against MYDX/Cdx... just for "fun"


Returned a product and was told over months that I've been refunded and that they will look into it again, and if I'm pulling anything they will find out. This is all in emails, and since then I've called and left many messages and emails and get no reply, even instagram and Facebook they read my messages and deleted me. All I asked was for a receipt of refund. After speaking with PayPal and my credit card company they have insured me I did not receive a refund. I have tried everything to resolve this in a friendly manner and they have been very rude. And not three months later I can't get anyone to contact me back, I have emails and call records to prove everything. I don't know where I go from here ? Please help. It was a total of around 1300 dollars, and I've been paying interest charges on this for months now,



I wonder if the person filing the complaint spent $1300, to return it and then not get the money, to file a complaint to BBB, just to make MYDX/CDx/Yazbeck look bad...

POOR MYDX....EVERYONE IS against MYDX/CDx/Yazbeck... And Yazbeck/MYDX doesn't do anything wrong... RME! SMH!
