People buy without doing any DD and hope to just make a quick flip ( buck).
No one knows for sure when we uplist. BUT people who do DD know that we had to have the OS reduced before they would file the 211. As of last week the OS wasn't reduced. Today I confirmed it is. Now we are ready for the form 211 and uplist. We are sooooo close now.
