You seem optimistic again lately about HERB finally going to do something. Why is that?

Look at the signs, which we discussed.

You can't find any news on the internet about HERB these days. And yet the BOD seems to be intact. (They are not even getting paid IMO). So why is that? They must have a plan.

The lawsuit coming to an end could matter.

I did a quick count recently and they should have over $500M in cash by now. Anything is possible with that amount in cash.

I have said this many times. This is the friggin Gansu provincial government who owns the company (83%). They can't screw us and walk away.

How do you rank merger/buy-out/cash dividend probability wise?
