A merger, buy-out or a cash dividend would all work here.


Of course this is what we are waiting for. But the years passes by without any news. 2 years since last filing and 3-4 years since asset swap. They sure are not in a hurry. Personally I hope they will just buy us out.

You seem optimistic again lately about HERB finally going to do something. Why is that?
How do you rank merger/buy-out/cash dividend probability wise?
