In Feb 2018,when the stock doubled in pps in a short period of time- one or 2 days? ZN noted in a filing or something that zn had received a questionaire from finra re that pps change? -something reputedly very common in such pps situations

but nothing re an investigation at that time, as zn noted

i was in a stock targeted just like zn before-in that stock the ceo was found to have violated some rule re a promo years earlier and had to serve 6 months for the same despite sentencing guidelines saying probation,but after over a year of the sec investigation,including reportedly going through the wastebaskets etc, the company was completely exonerated and all charges against the company were dismissed by a judge,even though longs could never find a letter of dismissal etc from the sec in the swamp era.
