This is Fascinating and I’d love to see how this plays out. Started to follow a-little bit ago.

It’s been so long can you even collect even if you tried too? Was your debt written off the books? Were you suppose to file per the custodianship? Did you already write the debt off? Just because someone owes you money if you fail to follow up after a certain amount of time I am pretty sure you forfeit your rights.

I don’t know anyone involved just what I have read and Paul Moody is a specialist in this business so I would be surprised if your debt even exists anymore on the books.

Your time to file and collect may have passed.
