Hmmmm. Ok, I'm in the know somewhat about Flint, so here is the low down...

VB left Flint and discarded it. The new chap claimed it via the Nevada Courts, which is permissible.

The problem is this. Flint is in HUGE debt, it has zero chance of making good, it simply owes an enormous amount of money

Personally, I have a 250k loan outstanding and if it shows ANY form of life I will issue the legal paperwork to close it as it won't be able to repay it (in the hope of getting something basically) .....and I am small fry compared to what others are owed
