I really thought D'Couto was a man of his word. I had communicated with him at least 5 times over the blackout. Off the grid power seems like a know brainer and with the batteries developed along with Argonne Laboratory's help yet Neah Power or XNRGI whatever you want to call them have only produced " PROMISES " and a name change for US.
