You are asking the wrong questions

Why did the FDA hold this back so long? Thats the most important question

All team biels energy was spend getting these real important approvals and still we dont have the most important one.

Its getting there but why did the Life devestating opoids getting cleared in a heart beat?

The SP would have been much much higher.
