Hello Mr. B, hope life finds you and your family well. Thanks and yes last fishing trip was epic, then boarded up the rental condo and house and boat stored, going to get very bad there unfortunately. On your thoughts for Invictus,

" (that there is prospective over-supply & downward price per gram pressure in play)" don't agree at all, with edibles coming, way more stores, way more interest, way more people understanding whats available, I do not see over supply happening for many years. Most companies cant even keep up to the demand and were barely into legalization.

"With Dixon providing a centralized leadership role and active maneuvering to streamline costs and provide better cannabis products, while lowering and passing along the lower producer prices to customers, isn't there a better opportunity NOW for Invictus MD to actually take Real Estate in this sector than if it were all booming for the Top-Heavy companies like Tilray, Aurora & Canopy/Constellation??"" Yes agreed, he is building this company to last, it will stand out when ready imo. Very nice that he is the largest common shareholder, along with his sister and right hand man. I'm quite sure he is doing everything in his power to solidify a stronghold in the sector.

"Also, you believe Mr. Dixon's private placement move was more symbolic than out of actual need for cash to build-out? Can you elaborate. " Well they have plenty of cash on hand per filings, they have consistent sales, they are owed millions from loans, they receive interest payments, and most importantly Dixon knows this is way undervalued. I explained it in a previous post. So collecting more shares for his 500k is a no brainer for him. Its also a clear statement that the CEO knows where this is headed or he would never put his 500k into it.

"The oust saved the company IMO.. " politely disagree, company would have certainly survived or bought out at a strong premium. People get way to emotional and thats not good when investing long imo. They tend to let other investors emotions sway their rational thinking.

"Lastly, your thoughts on Gene Simmons...Meaning.. have we come to a binary point of his involvement?? It would seem logical IF Invictus MD is unable to leverage his reach in creating focused message to multiple platforms (not ordinarily available) with message set by Dixon etc. and gather company value/direct top line growth from his ability to open doors of opportunity.... WILL his involvement be coming to conclusion? (In your Opinion) or is there still a possible plan to leverage him? Pardon the barrage, been trying to gather any data possible, while we fellow longs are sitting in this low stock price, to see the playbook better going forward (aside from patience). Thank you for the time " No barrage at all, you are always polite and kind and mature. As for Simmons, I pay zero attention to him, really, zero. He was paid, it was a mistake by Dan. Also he cant sell his shares before I do so basically he is irrelevant to me. We can hope though that when the company has really evolved and the pps is way higher he will open some doors then, institutions, etc. Also very possible that Trevor removes him and his title unless there is a legal clause I'm unaware of. For me, its about operations, rapid growth coming, sales, strong products, Germany, Health Canada licenses, oil, and the fact I know this leadership will execute and protect shareholders because they are shareholders.

Well have a awesome weekend my friend.

Invictus
