I am having fun!! Brined for 24 hrs and Cooking for sat 16 lbs of BOSTON butt smoking now then pull and chop and BBQ sauce, 60 chicken thighs in brine now, 10 lbs of ANDOUILLE sausage to smoke then in BBQ sauce in a crock pot
Drove 100 miles today to get the best sweet corn I have tasted in 50 YRS 5 grocery sacks full.
About 25-30 ears(sweet corn is smaller) per bag for 12$, will grill that too tomorrow and baked beans

Too many had to work today so doing the FOOD DAY for the fourth tomorrow
