Rachelelise, the only thing that gives me pause is the fact that Wave appears to be the party that tested and certified its own software (see below), and my general (and limited) understanding that the government does its own testing in this arena.

We believe these security solutions, which Wave has tested and certified for use on HP business PCs, provide HP customers a heterogeneous, interoperable security solution that can immediately benefit the security of any business.”

I think it's possible that this announcement has something to do with the fact that in Q3 HP overtook Dell in PC sales and is getting some good press as a result. Wave might just be trying to catch a little reflected light.
