You are on to something. I thought that when I first saw the 303 million. I’m thinking folks insiders or those getting a note getting those shares. That’s my answer or should I say opinion. We would have noticed a increase in the volume plus more shares. Lvl 2 looks even
More thin. Float to me is really low and about locked up!!
