My take. Either they are pissed off on the management for making stupid moves and not getting the product to masses even after 2 years after FDA and also letting off many more deals. Or they failed to make some kind of deal with AW as we know about Biel borrowing money, that led them to go against him and demean the company. We also heard earlier that this group tried for a buyout.
