Not Berg's. Mgt needs to check these things before releasing non-material PR's. Mgt knows when these trading plans execute.


As a shareholder, I want management to be nuetral on the timing of their PR's relative to the timing of their own trades.

I do not want them to accelerate or delay PR's based on their pre-programmed trades.

I believe this current PR demonstrates clearly their neutrality on this as 4 of the 5 pre-programmed trades occurred prior to the PR.

They could have issued the updated guidance a couple of days earlier so ALL management could have benefited, or they could have waited until after Bergs trade so that non benefited.

Rather, they issued the PR at the time they thought all shareholders would benefit. They have a fiduciary responsibility to all of us and they executed (without thought of their personal short term gain or lack thereof).
