IMO, I am factoring a final blast to the downside, before Rosen closes out the BK, as scheduled this fall.. why?...the June 30, and the July 2 court hearing got no traction to the upside of the stock... in fact, there are still about 6.5 million short positions as of the last reporting period...short sellers have no urgency to cover, as the stock price languishes listlessly each day... all MM are doing is going up and down to get stop loss orders... hardly a sign that they are anxious to cover...even if one is "short against the box", he will still have to deliver his shares back to the market, so, if they in fact went short at 18 dollars, they have sold already, and not anxious to cover at the present low price...6 million shares plus is a lot of stock with only 91 million shares outstanding, so the float is very small...any attempt for short sellers to cover would in fact quickly raise the price...so, to my point... if they must cover, by the fall bk deadline, they must drop the price dramatically....having said that, I will be waiting at the pass for an opportunity to add to my holdings...It is, and has been quite evident, that they are in a "catch 22" scenario....they can't raise the bid, because investors will hold long... they can't lower the ask, which would only invite more buying by retail...there only avenue is to sell naked short stock to lower the price and get the public to sell... not gonna happen... all the weak holders are gone now... only the hardcore remain...Lodas
