Your post just made me think of something.....not that providing updated guidance in advance of earnings is a rarity, but if AMRN wanted to do one last secondary to ensure they have enough cash to expand the sales force (~$100M), this would be a great time to do it.....they never let COH go below $100M, would be cutting it close if they didn't raise money.....$100M @ $21/shr is only 4.7M shrs, 1.4% dilution.
