this is a response from a company that does filings for companies concerning 15c211
i asked them how long it takes to file the 211?

Answer is 30 to 60 days.



We prepare and file the document and send it to NASD. They have 30days after receipt to make comments. After we receive those comments if any (sometimes there are no comments and the process is done) we then answer then and send it back within a couple of days (we are quick). The NASD has 14 days to respond to these comments and this is the last time to respond before completion.
