Very very sloppy accounting. Who said this statement was OK to submit to SEC?????

The second "General and adminstrative" line is actually the subtotal of the previous entries. Add in D&A and you get the correct figure.

Maybe SHMP would have been better off filing the NT-10K and taking a few minutes to proof-read the financial statements. I hope they didn't pay anyone to do it for them. If SHMP did, they deserve a refund.

Between losing the trademark and this obvious reporting error, SHMP is not ready for prime time.
