I agree it’s ridiculous that our government trying to protect investors actually hinders them. Just another way too much government doesn’t work!
And in this case because Glenn a director of the company resides in Alberta ACRL has to comply with their security regulations. I’m not sure if he resigned as a director if the CTO could be lifted. It makes no sense I can trade other stocks with the same status based in the US.
