Can we flat out stop the charting?

I am truly surprised that people think you can chart a grey market stock.

If you want to chart COMM, go chart it on the COMM page. I understand AJ's angle of how that PPS relates to UOIP but I am sure there are other factors with COMM that have led to that PPS decline.
