Wonder how many of those 91,000 comments meet the "substantive comments" criteria requirements. Though we know most for sure DID NOT, be they PRO or ANTI PEBBLE. As stated this was NOT A VOTE on PEBBLE.
Even if ALL were ANTI-PEBBLE , IMO that rates a very POOR SHOWING for the NRDC and their form letter attempt to push outright BS LIES. Hope it COST THEM BIG TIME $$$ in their effort and resulted in reduce DONATIONS. People do wise up over time.
