The stock price is now way higher than it was last year. Therefore dilution does not have to be high to finance activities this year.

Here's approximately 20.5 million shares becoming free trading this month...6 month restriction for 20,543,660 shares is free trading on July 16th...and another 8,550,000 on August 4th...then the fraud shares that were issued in December for 35.6 million more shares that became free trading in the past month. These are gonna hit hard and soon, as they (the FRAUDSTERS) will want a very good price before the 2-week SEC suspension destroys the pps...

29 million plus 35.6 million...65 million shares becoming free trading in the next 5 weeks...all but 8.5 million are free trading right now...

Hopefully the SEC gets here before they can sell many of these.
