In the grand scheme of things, me selling 25k shares doesn't put much of a dent in things financially for me. No big deal.

If you've traded/invested for a while you have good days and bad days. Last night I sold down most of the AMRN shares in the trading account to reallocate to other names and expected to buy the AMRN back this week. Oh well. I was maxed out on day trading buying power @ thirty cents below the open print by 10:15 AM. So I left a dollar a share on the table on shares I might have held overnight. But I'm loaded to the gills today at 3 times what I might have held overnight and this run has had legs today and I expect that to continue into the future days and weeks. I don't get every last penny from holding max at all times but I load up into the rips. At three times what I might have held overnight since 10:15, I expect that in the long run, I'll do OK.

This is insanity to the buy and hold guys. But here we have everybody from gizzled vets to newbies on their first buy and I will not think that there is a lot in common in life situations, style, risk aversion, etc so's I can understand or relate to others without a sit down. For instance, the wife and I bought our first house in 2000 at the height of DotCom 1.0 in SF. I still have 26 years to go to pay off the mortgage because I've refi'd at .5% to 1% down from the 8.5%/12% in 2000 to 3.5% four years ago. Smartest thing I've ever done including buying AMRN. Hell Yes, YMMV. Don't think you understand the other guy and don' make your move too soon.
