The defendant Steven Giardino: I do not post on IHUB, never have. I am not Steven Giardino. I have never seen this report until today. I am a NYC carpenter.

The Company's lawyer: So you have never posted on IHUB using any alias or your name?
The Defendant: Well, I haven't but he has.
