I have never followed a stock so completely failed and horrible it has 4 and 5 zeros of sub penny. What a failure!!

I think we will be seeing MASSIVE dilution - IF this can manage to avoid permanent no bid.

Con-way appears to believe that after a massive sized RS he can once again flood the market with worthless diluted shares of nothing more than a empty shell that has no products, no revenue and no assets.

Squires was gullible to do business with a conman, failed to do research before agreeing to it, and apparently so incompetent her books can't even be fixed for a simple audit of two tiny vape stores.

Now she wants out. Con-way has sent lawyers (how is he paying them) too attempt to force her to marry this failed empty shell.

Will she close the deal over fear of lawsuits? Will she escape? Will she lose her business due to lawsuits - that were caused by her gullibility of doing business with a conman?

Do those $0.000001 trades count towards conversion price?

I was just thinking that those buys/sells at $0.000001 could be setting the debt conversion price at about $0.0000006, which would enable very profitable selling by the noteholders at $0.0001, and that it would cost roughly 833M shares to reduce the debt by $1000.
