It's logical the RS will cancel because volume precedes price? And total dollar volume for the day was $485?

How is that a logical deduction? How does a measley $485 in volume influence a CEO with 100 BILLION VOTES to not do a RS when the PPS is BELOW 0.0001?? Even if it was $5,000 HOW would that be logical to cancel the RS when PPS is below 0.0001?

Sounds logical.........volume precedes price :)
