The filings on a proposed R/S is just that proposed and no price or multiplier is given........

Brian wants to exit as CEO and Norm is apparently acting as a go between to find the best solution with Cigawatt and maybe a third unknown Large chain.....IMHO

There is no doubt LIBE will live on as another entity as all parties involve need LIBE to survive so they get paid as well IMHO
