Dumped from newbies to major holders and insiders. Why else zero diluted shares by around 200m volume last 8 weeks? I bet a major shareholder or insider load the o/s before major deal drop and VGTL start way multi penny. Ever and ever same scenario on otc market and ever and ever so many newbies don't understand to play otc stocks.
