If I can use a sports analogy...the season for SOLI is getting ready to begin. The preseason is almost over. They have completed audited financials, cleaned out 12.6 bad shares, acquired CareClix, etc. The preseason will end with filing the form 211 and uplisting.
The season begins after uplisting. They can tell the world about CareClix being a public company and expand their services/reach. They can complete additional acquisitions under the SOLI umbrella, etc.
For me, the fun is just getting ready to start.
