Reading a 10k is like watching one of those commercials for a fancy new anti-depression drug. The list of possible side-effects would literally make you commit suicide.

All the negative paragraphs of the “doom and gloom” that the company lists is just legal mumbo-jumbo.

This world is filled with folks that want to sue for this, that, and the other thing. The lawyers get paid HUGE bucks to write all the BS into every facet of a business. That way they can say “I told you that might happen.”

I admit that reading that 10k is pretty depressing, but none of it surprises me or changes my stance on SHMP.
