Truth is the former BOD couldnt run a lemonade stand. They could take big paychecks. Ronin jumped in and sent the investment world and PPHM BOD a letter stating that they were in over their heads and just blowing SH monies. NO RESPONSE FRON BOD. They came with a plan, make AVID profitable and if Bavi works its icing on the cake. Steve King and the old BOD walked out with their tails between their legs but got compensated so the new guys knew where all the skeletons were. If the old guys were still in, there would have been at least another RS. No one thinks there will be one now.
