FWIW, There seems to be some confusion out there regarding the volume at the close on Friday. PAYS was one of the companies added to the Russell 2000 index for 2019. Because of that index funds that provide the Russell 2000 results needed to have our stock added to their funds as of 7/1. Most of that was done as of the close on Friday. It is believed that about 3.5 million shares were added to those index funds.
