Same here. The only issues I find with foreign workers is related to safety. I found I always have to make sure they don't get hurt in their haste. Sometimes their fantastic abilities to 'make do' doesn't conform to quality or safety requirements of a job. But at the same time anyone who was supervising had a much easier time with them than with home grown kids.

Sometimes I feel like I spent my entire adult life making people do what they did not want to do for eight hours a day and then paid them for being an anchor around my neck.

Sadly, the guys I'm taking about had college degrees and earned good salaries.
