You’re speaking of a wildcatter. Stuff goes up and down. As much as you wanna blast the company, there is legitimate hope for the future.
Let’s not forget that gov’t officials from Iran have stated they seek to exterminate Israel. When a company’s mission statement is the contribute to the well-being of Israel...it’s not a stretch to think that company could be a target as well.
Let’s jump to the SEC crap, a faceless Twitter account creates a narrative about the failure to admit the awareness of an investigation. Not about specific wrong-doing, but the failure to report the presence of an investigation.
Now that narrative was created by a letter received from the SEC due to a public records request which stated that the request for ALL documents could not be shared as certain documents were possibly connected to ongoing enforcement which is protected from the records request law.
You can research SEC investigations and see that if they receive a complaint from the general public, they will research it WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE COMPANY to likely prevent the destruction of docs or the like.
So...someone makes a complaint. Then, requests public docs knowing all can’t be turned over. Then, asks the company if the SEC is investigating, knowing they likely have not been contacted. Then, publishes all of this and then waits til the SEC actually does contact the company, at which time the Company has done nothing wrong but looks like they did.
That’s what is causing a significant decline in the stock.
Y’know the whole thing about due diligence and such...I’ve done mine, and I fully support the leadership, mission and future of the company.
There’s absolutely the potential to make millions of dollars by an individual or entity by buying a large number of these cheap shares then investing around $10 Million in the company directly...and this isn’t even dependent upon the results of the 3-d seismic...it would be immediate with the stock returning to just $1.
