Oh yes, you mean the license that specifically states Global Consortium Group LLC as in GCG and not GCGX. I know exactly the one your talking about. And I also remember the reason it is not under GCGX. I do remember something about a firewall being in place because if GCGX ever intends to be uplisted to the NASDAQ then one of the things they CANNOT do is touch the plant. Anybody that has followed this company for a while should know this.
