Very good point. As far as the hemp farm is concerned. I think it was a good business decision. Why should they stay with something if it wasn't in the best interest of the company. If anything, they will look for a better deal. These things happen all the time in business. I will post a most recent example below. Some will look at the example and say why in the world would FedEx be willing to give up almost 1 billion in revenue. To many it doesn't make any sense whatsoever but whether it makes sense or not doesn't matter. It's what the CEO believes is in the companies best interest.

FedEx decided to bail on renewing its contract with Amazon for U.S. domestic express deliveries. There’s no change in the agreements between the two companies for international services, but FedEx chose to walk away from nearly $850 million in annual revenue.
