3 million dollars is 3 Million dollars Shares are shares. They are totally different.

Had you purchased at .30 for instanced you would be getting a premium vs investors who cannot even convert if they wanted to for another 4 months.

Imagine if we are $6.00 they get shares at $3.00 which equates to a total of 1 million shares split up over many different people at a 300+ % premium from today’s prices. Do you really think they are investors for $5 or $6 bucks.

3 million is 3 million dollars. It’s not 6 million dollars lol.
