Market Cap = $514K. I'm baffled by why this company has such a low market cap. Most OTC shell companies have a higher Market Cap than ALPP with much higher share structures & obviously no revenues or business. Also, why does OTC Markets show ALPP as Penny Stock Exempt? Also, the company will be distributing a Class C Common Stock to its shareholders and not raising the Class A Common Stock according to the DEF-14A filed this morning. This appears to be a no brainer at these levels.

O/S = 42M
Revenues = $7.1M last quarter according to the 10Q filed with the SEC.
